About Us

Adlers Pools is a family business which has been managing Brisbane’s pools for over 17 years. 

We aim to offer you, our customers, honest and accurate advice as we assist you in the management of your pool from the day you first consider building and throughout the years that follow. Our assistance is available in the Shop, in the Field or over the Internet. Our advice is based on 17 years of research, observation, experiment and experience.

In the Field we build, service, repair and renovate pools. In the Shop we test water, supply chemicals, equipment and spare parts as well as organise equipment repairs and take service bookings. Over the Internet you can order a range of basic pool chemicals and equipment for local (only) home delivery as well as book a service or have a question answered.

We are also constantly adding to the Information section in order to keep you up to date with the latest legislative requirements and to assist you in the management of your pool. Since there is a wealth of scientific and engineering information relating to pools on the internet, we have purposely tried to keep the information we supply, simple, but to the point and inclusive of our experience and observations.

Equipment selection advice and pricing is available to anyone in the Shop, in the Field (by appointment) and over the Internet for our established Customers. We do not give advice or prices over the phone unless you are on our customer data base.

We will endeavour to give good service and up to date advice to customers using our services.

Our Mission
Our mission is to grow in our skills and knowledge in order to constantly improve our service range. We continue to do this in full recognition of the effects our practices may have on the environment: especially in terms of unnecessary power consumption and excessive chemical usage. In a world of limited resources, we only recommend and sell equipment items with proven reliability and extended life. We do our utmost to avoid the ‘throwaway’ items of equipment.
